How Can I Participate?

There are several ways you can help us in our efforts to help people make sound and profitable real estate investments with their IRA funds:

1.  We need local expertise. You know your market, we don't.

2.  We need solid investment properties, preferably distressed properties or REO properties you can identify. Our clients buy with cash. We are only interested in investments with solid upside potential that meet our strict criteria.

3.  Many properties will need local property management. We're not there. You are.

4.  And, . . . we need your help in introducing  us to people in your area who want to learn about investing their IRA funds in real estate.

How do you get paid?

1.  If you have listings, or can find and list desired properties, we may have a cash buyer. You make 100% of the listing side, as you normally do, on any property purchased through our program, and send us the selling, side as a referral fee, to be divided among the other Realtor Affilaiate members involved in the sale.

2.  Even if you find desirable properties that are listed by someone else, you can earn commissions for bringing that Realtor into the Realtor Alliance if our IRA clients purchase that property through our program.

3.  If we recommend you to manage properties in your area that our clients buy through our program, you keep 70% of the property management fee, and send us a 30% referral fee.

4.  When you refer people to Commercial Real Estate Academy with your Realtor Affiliate link, they become your customers. We do all the work from that point on, and you earn a 35% referral on ALL commissions earned on EVERYTHING they purchase with their IRA funds through our program, FOREVER.

5.  Commercial Real Estate Academy  members will also buy properties outside our IRA program once they learn how to do so. If they joined without a Realtor Affiliate referral, we will refer them to a Realtor Affiliate in their area.

6.  You will also be pleasantly surprised to find out how much NEW regular business you'll develop just from telling people about Commercial Real Estate Academy. The first time I introduced this program to a group of just seven people, I got THREE prospects. Two of them had nothing to do with IRA funds. That bonus business is all yours, of course, and it's just a profitable side benefit from working with our program.

Um, Give You My Customers' Names?

How Does the Referal Program Work?

It's simple. Once you join Commercial Real Estate Academy as Realtor Affiliate, you will be given an Affiliate Link to give everybody you can think of. Your referees will be offered the opportunity to join our Commercial Real Estate Academy as a free member and receive education and training about investing in real estate, which isn't available anywhere else.

They will also learn how to convert their IRA or 401-K to a Self-Directed IRA so they can invest part of their retirement funds in real estate, IF they decide they want to do so. There is no cost or obligation at any time. You are simply making them aware of something valuable to them.

Every person you refer will be permanently linked to you through your Affiliate Link when they decide to enroll for the free training. That's it. We'll take if from there. Anytime your Prospect purchases real estate, or is part of an LLC that purchases real estate through our program, the sale of which earns a real estate commission, you will receive a check for your 35% Referal Fee, FOREVER.

Maybe you'll eventually develop a comfort level that will allow you to let some of your current clients and customers in on this valuable program, after we've worked together for a while. Who knows?

Regardless of who you refer to our program, though, we will pledge (in writing) that we will NEVER divulge their names to ANYONE (even our IRA administrator partner), and we will NEVER try to sell them any real estate other than investments for their IRA's through our program, and that you will ALWAYS be paid your referral commission on ANYTHING they buy through our program, FOREVER.
